About The Giles Charity
We are a New Charity in East Sussex that supports local people with information about and access to a variety of therapeutic modalities with funding available for taster sessions. Anyone is welcome to join us at our drop in session, held every Wednesday from 12-2pm at our therapy room: Unit 48, The Rural Business Centre, Hellingly, BN27 4DU, the session is facilitated by one of our regular practitioners and is a free relaxed and friendly Coffee and Chat session, donations are welcome! About us
Here at the Giles Charity anyone is welcome!
Started in 2024, we had a dream to help those struggling with their emotional and physical health when the Health System failed to hear them or it felt impossible to get a foot in the door.
Assembling a team of licensed professionals and practitioners we created the Giles Charity.
Now today we are proud to host Drop In Sessions every Wednesday facilitated by one of our regular practitioners. Clients can come for a free relaxed coffee and a chat to help you get that foot through the door.

Body Stress Release
Body Stress Release (BSR) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps the body release stored tension and stress that may be causing pain, discomfort, or restricted movement. It is a non-invasive approach that works by identifying areas of built-up tension and using light, precise touch to encourage the body to restore its natural balance and healing abilities.

Counselling
​Counselling, also known as Talking Therapy, is a professional and confidential space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges with a trained therapist. It provides support, guidance, and coping strategies to help people navigate personal difficulties, improve mental well-being, and develop healthier ways of thinking and feeling.

Yoga
Yoga classes for all levels. We work with the breath bringing connection with your body, mind and nervous system to help ground and be more focused. Yoga can be an incredible tool when working through feelings and sensations; to understand we are ever changing beings. The classes involve holding poses and the flow from one pose to another. Always working to individual abilities and absolutely inspiring and welcoming beginners.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is now extensively practised around the world and is a gentle way of working with our bodies using light touch. CTS supports your body's innate ability to balance or restore and heal itself as well as helping reduce stress and build up your underlying energy. The practitioner senses tension in the body and helps to release it in supported and comfortable way..

Access Bars
The Access Bars are a set of 32 points on the head. Light touches these points and stimulates positive change in the brain, effectively fragmentation the electro-magnetic components of stress, thoughts and emotions. Recipients of Bars sessions report a variety of positive effect which include: increased mental clarity, more energy, greater motivation, improved sleep, less depression and anxiety and greater overall being.
At worst you'll feel like you had a great massage and at best your whole life can change.
