Body Stress Release

Body Stress Release (BSR) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps the body release stored tension and stress that may be causing pain, discomfort, or restricted movement. It is a non-invasive approach that works by identifying areas of built-up tension and using light, precise touch to encourage the body to restore its natural balance and healing abilities.

Yoga

Yoga classes for all levels. We work with the breath bringing connection with your body, mind and nervous system to help ground and be more focused. Yoga can be an incredible tool when working through feelings and sensations; to understand we are ever changing beings. The classes involve holding poses and the flow from one pose to another. Always working to individual abilities and absolutely inspiring and welcoming beginners.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is now extensively practised around the world and is a gentle way of working with our bodies using light touch.  CTS supports your body's innate ability to balance or restore and heal itself as well as helping reduce stress and build up your underlying energy. The practitioner senses tension in the body and helps to release it in supported and comfortable way..
